Northshore Sales Office & Cafe

Overview

The Northshore Sales Office & Cafe is a masterpiece in innovation & style.  The project features Colorbond Enseam claddig to the external facades, with its iconic barn look. The Sales Office features a 6m high voided and raked ceiling, double height glass frontage floods the area with natural light. A custom oversized sliding barn door is fitted to the exterior of the Sales Office, and features Hardwood Charred Timber finish which was used on the adjacent wall.   The Café features large bi-folding doors & windows to fully open the Café indoor seating area to transition to the outdoor seating area. The roof above the external seating area of the Café is constructed of steel trusses, with steel columns tying it back to the main roof area.
